The architecture and gardens at Gran Hotel Hacienda De La Noria blew me away. I spent a lot of time in the pool area, which was beautifully maintained. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. fresh choices made every morning. Service from the staff felt attentive, especially during busy meal times. However, the issue with the Wi-Fi was frustrating, as it barely worked in my room and was hit or miss in common areas. My room showed signs of age, particularly the outdated furniture and the uncomfortable bed. Location did have convenience with city access, but being on the outsides of busy suburbs created a disconnect from the vibrant historic center.

Huge rooms with a terrace were a highlight, very spacious and pleasant. The lovely cat visiting my terrace added a nice touch to the experience.
The location is quite far from the historic center, placing it amidst unattractive suburbs. The shower was too small despite the large bathroom, while the Wi-Fi struggled to connect properly throughout the stay. The outdated room features, including uncomfortable bedding and poorly functioning patio doors, detracted from the experience.
